Villa Nova / Milford
The area called Villa Nova or Milford is a small historic area in Baltimore County. It is somewhat south of Pikesville off Liberty Road or Rt. 26 (Exit 18). This area was built about 40-50 years ago before the standardization of homes took place. Most of the homes were custom built. The unique features of the neighborhood include - large landscaped lots, a county park complete with a large creek with rapids, classic well built homes, no mandatory home owners association fees.
